John Olajide has just been inducted into the Junior Achievement of Dallas, Inc. 2024 Business Hall of Fame, whose mission is to empower leaders of tomorrow through education and mentorship.
Olajide is Chairman of Cavista Holdings (strategic investors in the world’s most underserved regions, in the areas of agriculture, energy, hospitality, mining, and technology). A few of the organisation’s investments include Agbeyewa Farms, (set to be the cornerstone of Nigeria’s next cassava revolution) and Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Conference centre – both in Ekiti State.
Says Olajide: ” I am humbled and honored to be inducted into the Junior Achievement of Dallas, Inc. Business Hall of Fame, among so many distinguished friends and leaders in our community. Congratulations to my fellow inductees Cynt Marshall, Anne Chow (She/Her), Hal Brierley and Jack Matthews. I deeply believe that business is a force for good in this world and these people are a testament to that. I look forward to continuing my commitment to improving our world each day through Axxess and Cavista Holdings.
Cavista Nigeria Country Director, Dele Michael Odufuye, reinforced the recognition accorded to Olajide, adding: “Your remarkable life story and great contributions to the city of Dallas, Texas make this recognition truly well deserved. I was glad I was able to be part of the ceremony, and I look forward to celebrating bigger wins with you as we shape Cavista Holdings into a force to be reckoned with in Africa”.
