Seedstars Africa Ventures I’s fund is bridging the equity gap by investing in early-stage companies leveraging digital technologies inĀ climate solutions, food systems, energy access, internet connectivity, financial inclusion, and payments infrastructure.
To date, Seedstars Africa Ventures has committedĀ $10 millionĀ across five transformative startups, creating overĀ 2,000 jobs, enhancing energy access for 60 million people, providing internet connectivity to 60,000 households, serving 50,000 farmers, and empowering 30,000 individuals financially.
This first close is supported by key institutions such as the African Development Bank Group andĀ the European Investment Bank (EIB).
