GIZ Nigeria & West Africa recently hosted Dr. Petra Warnecke (Director General of GIZ Africa) to an engaging fireside chat that highlighted to Dr. Warnecke the presence of functional Digital Innovation Hubs in Nigeria, and the pivotal role that they play in driving the digital transformation and economic growth of MSMEs in the country.
Says GIZ:
The insightful session was led by one of our esteemed Digital Innovation Hub Lead Partners, Damilola Obidairo, EMBA, CAPM alongside Emmanuel Oladele, Technical Advisor, Digital Innovation Support Organisations and a participant from our successful Digital Upskilling program titled ‘Get Online with Digiplus’. The discussion highlighted the profound role the Digital Transformation Center plays in spearheading Nigeria’s MSME digitalisation efforts.
According to Damilola Obidairo:
It was a great honor to share our progress at Digiplus Alliance DIH with Dr. Petra Warnecke and esteemed guests at the fireside chat. We’re thrilled about the growth and development of MSMEs and the resulting economic growth, as we provide digital transformation and ancillary services. Exciting times ahead!
