Street-level digital advertising platform, dKilo – which helps brands grow their businesses by reaching their audience in a more dynamic, expressive and engaging way – has raised $3.2 million in seed funding from Upturn Ventures. Founded in 2020 by Mohamed Mousa and Sherif Abdelaty, dKilo aims to connect brands audiences beyond the traditional digital space, which unlocks new means for eCommerce businesses to increase brand awareness and conversions. The infusion of capital (a blend of equity and financing) will enable dKilo expand its smart out-of- home advertising solutions, using the Internet-of-things and AI.
