During Vivatech – a gathering of the world’s brightest minds, talents, and products, in celebration of innovation – the Nigerian delegation (guests of the economic department of the French Embassy in Nigeria) were presented with the opportunity to host two panel sessions on the AfricaTech stage, brilliantly moderated by Sabrina – Mathilde BANDUNDI.

“💡 The first session, titled “The Institutional Tech Ecosystem in Nigeria,” was led by Idris Oladipo (Universal Basic Education Commission – UBEC), Hakeem Onasanya (Lagos State Employment Trust Fund – LSETF), and Ojoma Ochai (Co-creation Hub – CcHUB), who shared their perspectives and insights on the topic.
🚀 The second session, highlighting Nigerian startups, was inaugurated by Sid Gautam, MBA, from one of Nigeria’s five unicorns, Flutterwave, During this session, three innovative startups operating in the AgriTech [JR Farms Africa – Olawale Rotimi Opeyemi] , EdTech [Edves, Dare Adebayo], and Artificial Intelligence [ZeroComplex AI, Kehinde Olateru] sectors shared their experiences and visions of Nigeria’s dynamic tech ecosystem.
