The “Africa Foodpreneur” edition by Bank & Entrepreneur Africa is a special publication, focusing on African culinary entrepreneurs, particularly those operating in the Atlanta metro area – and headlined by two international chefs: Franco-Congolese, Chef Mick Élysée and Zimbabwe’s Chef Gracia Bvute.

Both Élysée and Bvute offer insights not just into culinary expertise and culture, but also on the business of food. They tackle issues such as nutritional value, zero food waste, ease of farm-to-table, sustainable farming and food sourcing, a re-focus on using resilient home-grown grains.
