In 2023, I walked into one of those rooms for the first time. The kind of rooms where decision-makers and game-changers move quietly behind the curtains of the corporate world. And since then, I’ve continued to find myself in those circles.
What I’ve learned up close is this: the people in these rooms don’t avoid chaos they operate in it. Chaos is part of the routine.
And one thing has become clear to me: if you want to do big things, you have to watch other people doing big things in real time.
