Solebo brings extensive experience across venture capital, startup acceleration, and ecosystem building, most notably through her leadership role at the ARM Labs Lagos Techstars Accelerator. Her appointment signals Cascador’s intent to deepen operational support for founders and expand its impact beyond leadership training into sustained business growth.
